With nearly two decades of experience having worked and volunteered in, with, and for Syracuse nonprofits and community based organizations, I bring an experienced and thoughtful approach to my work with clients.  I live the belief that the answers to our community's challenges lie within our own community, and dedicate my consulting practice to building sustainable and impactful capacity for clients.

I hold certifications in Conflict Resolution and Lifecycles Capacity consulting. Frequently used tools include self-assessment, conflict management, guided workshops, and direct support.
